About me:

• My human design type is a 3/5 Reflector, my enneagram type is 4w3, my big 3 astrology signs are Sun-Pisces, Moon-Libra and Rising-Aries, my Myers-Briggs is INFJ “The Advocate” & surprisingly to most, I consider myself more of an introvert.

• I have been involved in the world of acting since I was 7 - musical theatre and community theatre until I finally tapped into the long-awaited film industry at the age of 18. I haven’t looked back since.

• I actually met the love of my life and now husband, Bastien, on the Freeform/Hulu reality show “LoveTrip Paris” 💖😝

Before your appointment

• If you have reps, I find it's always helpful to see what they need first so that we can maximize your session coverage.

• One “look” consists of the same hair, makeup and outfit. However, I allow ONE added layer of a jacket/blazer/cardigan and a makeup/hair adjustment within that one look.

• I don’t find that it is necessary to hire a hair/makeup stylist - that is completely up to you.

• Parking is easy and ample along the street.

• Headshots can feel overwhelming because of the pressure that is put on them for getting us actors seen. In this session, there is nothing to prove, we’re just here to groove and capture you in your own unique aura (: THAT is the gold stuff!

• 50% deposits are due at the time of booking. The other 50% is paid by day of the session.

• Payment is best via Venmo @LacyHartselle , Zelle, cash or check made out to Lacy Hartselle.

• Deposits are non-refundable. I will do my best to accommodate prompt rescheduling should something come up.

During your appointment

• I'll provide you with a refreshment and ask for your favorite artist to play on Spotify. Setting the good vibes straight away (:

• This is your session and your thoughts, feelings and overall experience is the priority. If you feel you need anything, please let me know. Even if it’s just to shake it out and take a breather for a second. This is your special time to shine and there is no rush.

After your appointment

• I am very excited to sort through our photos after a collaboration. I will send your proofs to you within one week of your shoot. I remove the outtakes and send you a wide collection from your start-studded session.

• You will receive a Pixieset link with your whole session of high quality, unedited, downloadable proofs.

• PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR FAVORITES! I refresh my galleries and cards every 3-6 months. I will keep up your link for at least 3 months, but after 6 months I no longer keep your photo sessions. So please download whatever you plan to keep so that you have it safely forever (:

• Once you’ve chosen which photos you’d like to have edited and have let me know of those selects (follow up with a message and photo file numbers to confirm please), I will have those edits returned to you within 3 weeks.

• Any extra edits (which are $50 each) must be paid for at the time of request. Then I will add them to the editing list (:
